My tax refund is more than my prepaid card deposit limit someone please help me. What do I do. Will the IRS send a check instead ?

If you have applied for and received the TurboTax PrePaid Visa issued by Green Dot, there is not a limit on your deposit amount. 

However, if you are using a different card that has a deposit limit, you may want to contact their customer service department to inquire of any exceptions to this rule in regards to your IRS refund. Some cards make provisions for a tax refund amounts. 

To address your final concern about a check being mailed, YES, generally, if the financial institution recovers the funds and returns them to the IRS, the IRS will send a paper refund check to your last known address on file with the IRS.

Did they end up sending a paper check? If so how long did it take for you to receive it? I was suppose to get my deposit February 22nd and its now March 16th and the IRS cant find my return.

Turbo card apparently has a $10,000 limit which makes no sense because it’s for tax refunds. They should know some peoples tax refunds are more than $10,000.
