Can't open documents, says I need Administrator rights

Trying to open documents on the intuit webpage for previous years tax returns, and when I click on it, it says I need administrator rights. I have no idea how to fix this and I'm using a Mac.

How can I tell if I selected to apply for Credit Karma's Tax Return Advance? My Return hasn't been approved yet but I need my money by next week. Any way to check?
