I'm sorry you're not getting a refund this year! The changes in tax reform have affected the refund amount that many Americans are receiving this year. TurboTax works hard to get you your maximum possible refund, which is backed up by our Maximum Refund Guarantee (https://turbotax.intuit.com/corp/guarantees.jsp). For next year, you may want to take a look at our Withholding Calculator (https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/calculators/w4/) and consider adjusting your withholding so you can better control whether you'd like a bigger refund or a bigger paycheck.

Hi, yes it is possible. Please see the detailed FAQ for more info: How do I change from mail to e-file in TurboTax Online? How do I change from mail to e-file in TurboTax Online?
How do I change from mail to e-file in TurboTax Online?
If you printed your taxes to mail them in and went all the way through the File section, when you sign in to TurboTax Online, the Way to go! You filed your 2018 taxes you won't see a way to change to e-filing. As long as you haven't already mailed your 2018 paper return, you can switch to the e-filing method (through October 15, 2019). However, some states now require e-filing, which means the federal and state must be e-filed together.
If you already mailed your return, don't e-file. This can cause problems with the government, including refund delays.
In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home in the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2018, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right menu).
Select File in the left-hand menu (expand your browser window if you don't see this, or go to the hamburger menu in the top left corner).
On the Just one more step screen, follow steps 1 and 2 if you haven't already.
Select the Start button to the right of Step 3.
On the Let's get ready to e-file screen, select I want to e-file.
Follow the instructions to e-file your return

Hi there, A Pell grant does not need to be reported on your tax return, if you satisfy two IRS requirements that apply to all scholarships and grants:
You must be enrolled in a program as a degree candidate, or you must be pursuing a training program that prepares you for specific types of employment upon completion.
You must use the Pell grant only to pay for “qualified education expenses.”
For more info on Pell grants and tax implications, check out this article: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/college-and-education/do-you-have-to-claim-pell-grant-money-on-your-taxes/L1o1gkP7K Also, if your taxable scholarship amount was not reported on a Form 1098-T, you can see the steps for entering the scholarship amount into TurboTax is as follows:
Log in to your TurboTax Online account, or open your TurboTax CD/Download program
Choose Take me to my return
Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Wages & Income
Locate Less Common Income and click Show more
Locate and click to Start next to Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
Answer Yes to Did you receive any other wages?
On the following screen you will locate Other reportable income and click Start
Then you will enter SCH in the description box and the amount
Click Done

Hi @rollseyes, We accept credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, we can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
A second option is to pay with your federal refund, also known as Refund Processing Service (charges may apply).
We're unable to take check, money order, or cash payments.

Credit or debit card (convenience fee)
Check or money order (free except for postage)
IRS Installment Agreement ($120 fee or free, depending on circumstance)
Cash (at a retail partner)
If you already filed your return with the IRS, choose a payment option through the IRS instead of trying to pay through TurboTax.

Hi there, Here are the requirements to be able to pay with your federal refund. Note that you will have to be getting a refund, rather than owing taxes, in order to use TurboTax Refund Processing Service. Requirements
You'll need to e-file your federal return; it's not available if you paper-file the federal.
The Refund Processing Service option only appears if you have a federal tax refund, and you can only deduct your fees from your federal (not state) refund.
You'll need to direct-deposit your refund into a single account, and the name on the bank account needs to match the name on the tax return.
Refund Processing Service can only be used once to pay your fees.
Fees (if any) are charged once, when the IRS processes your return. If your return is rejected, you might have to enter your bank account info again, but we won't charge you a second time.
