I can use the short form and didn't need to itemize my taxes. I owe nothing to Fed or State I ordered TurboTax for $49 was on sale. why do I owe $174?

It shows you are in the Online Premier version.  Did you upgrade?   How to review your fees  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4202093

Or did you but the Desktop CD/Download program?  You are using the Online version not the Desktop program installed on your computer.  Did you end up in Online by accident?  I can tell you how to move it to the Desktop program for free.
