Here's what to do if your dependents do not have Social Security Numbers and you are applying for an ITIN number (Note:You will not be able to file online)
Whenever TurboTax asks you for their SSN/ITIN, leave it empty. You will be warned about Errors but that's okay because you aren't going to e-file anyway.
Once you've entered all of your data and your forms are complete, TurboTax will tell you that you will have to file by mail because you have errors which prevent e-filing.
Save all of the forms to your computer and/or print them directly from TurboTax
When attempting to print you will be warned that you have errors and asked if you want to proceed anyway, say yes.
Sign your return along with your spouse if Married Filing Jointly and include any withholding (copies or W-2) or other documentation that would normally accompany your return.
Write the words "Applied For" for all missing Social Security Number fields
Mail your return with your W-7 form along with all required and certified documents.
Make sure you mail your tax return, along with the ITIN application, to the address given on this page --> ITIN Information

The words ''Applied For'' should be hand written after you have printed your return. Leave the SSN/ITIN field blank. After you have completed your return, please follow these steps to file by mail: 1.Sign in to your TurboTax Online return. 2.Click File and you’ll get to the [Your name], just (…) more steps and we'll file your returns screen. 3.Complete Steps 1 and 2 if you haven’t already done so, then click Start next to Step 3. 4.On the Let’s get ready to e-file screen, select File by mail, then on the pop-up screen make sure you select File by mail for federal and all of your states. 5.Follow the onscreen instructions to print your return

Rent paid is not deductible on a federal return but you may qualify for a deduction or credit on your state return. If so, you will see the entry on your TurboTax state interview. If you are referring to a state deduction, let us know which state.

If you are certain that you don’t need the Schedule C, you can delete it. Note: Be careful! Once you delete, it is gone for good. You will have to re-enter data if you delete by mistake.
Sign in to your TurboTax Online account and go to your return (Please ensure you have gone past the orange, ''Take me to my return'' button before you select ''My account'')
Select My Account >Tools>Delete a Form
Scroll down the list to locate the form and delete.

The area to enter this is actually under the estimated
payments section.
Here's how to apply your state refund to next year:
When you’re going through your state return, after you’ve
dealt with any additional entries or adjustments for income and credits and
taxes, you’ll reach a screen titled “A
few things before we wrap you your state taxes”.
Scroll down to Other tax forms and click start/revisit across from Make Estimated Payments for Next Year.
Say “YES” that
you want to start the state estimated taxes section now
Make entries on the next few screens as appropriate.
You must go through
the process to generate estimated payment vouchers in order to apply the
refund to the estimates.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to delete an account but an account can be deactivated. To deactivate an account, you need to contact customer service. If
you choose this, all access to the specific login will be terminated.
This will terminate access to any service under that login (TurboTax,
Quicken, Mint, etc.). Please see FAQ below for instructions to contact customer service.

Unfortunately, TurboTax does not have a standalone state tax preparation product. The TurboTax State program is designed to transfer information from your federal return.
If you already filed your federal return outside of TurboTax and just need to do your state, please see FAQ below for details.
