Your daughter will need to indicate that she is being claimed by someone else on her return, but yes, if she qualifies as your dependent, then you would be able to claim her and she could still file her own return.
To indicate that she can be claimed by someone else as a dependent on her return, please see the following instructions:
She will log in to your TurboTax Online account, and click Take me to my return. Next, you will click on Personal Info and after inputting her name and information on the first screen, she will come to the following screen and near the bottom, she will find the area to click that she can be claimed as a dependent by someone else. I will attach a screenshot of that area, so you are better able to locate it.
