You need to log out and back in again to clear that up. According to a couple users, at first, the "I Am Not A Robot" CAPTCHA Authorization has not been showing up. After logging out for a bit, switching browsers, or clearing cache and cookies, it appears. Once it's checked, you can Transmit.
