Can you help find my last year agi or tell my why you say I haven't used turbo tax before?

I have purchased and used turbo tax every year for the past 10 years. I used it last year. Need last years agi. I get the message that I have not used turbo tax before. Can you help?

I tried using the solution that was sent and found there is only one account associated with the e-mail address used for the  last several years. Including purchasing this product. Still can't obtain last years AGI

I tried your solution and there is only one account linked to my email address. It is also the same address used last few years. Still says I haven't used turbo tax before...

You may have inadvertently created multiple TurboTax accounts and that could be the reason you aren't seeing your past returns.  Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information on finding out which TurboTax accounts are linked to your email address:
