My return seems stuck on this page ~ "Travis, just two more steps and we'll file your returns" what do I do ?

You cannot e-file or print your 2016 returns at this time.  The TurboTax e-file servers are not yet activated.  The forms and schedules included in your tax return have not yet been finalized.
You have not yet received your W-2's or Form 1099's to enter correct tax data for the 2016 tax return.
The IRS will not be accepting any type of tax year 2016 return until January 23.
Any tax return that has a tax refund which includes EIC and/or the Additional Child Tax Credit will be held by the IRS until February 15 with payment of the refund to begin during the week of February 27.

@shortround11 - a 2015 tax return cannot be done online or e-filed.   Online is *only* for 2016 tax returns.   For 2015, you can only use the desktop software and print and mail your return.

Pull the forms from the IRS and state tax werbsites, and do them by hand.

If you want to do 2015 for free you can get the blank forms from the IRS and filll them out by hand.  Here are some blank forms & instructions for 2015
