I need to redownload 2 states software that I already purchased. How do I do that without paying again for the additional state tax software for 2017

I have dowloaded but I get error 190 -- download state.  I have 2 states that I downloaded with both 2016 and 2017 turbotax.  How do I get the states that I purchased?

The website for the states may indicated that you need to purchase the state but if you continue it should allow you to download your states without charge.  If the website asks for a credit card number to pay for the state programs then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance in getting your state downloads.

Follow up question to this.  I need for DC & MD for 2019.  MD came free and I purchased DC separately last year.  I switched from Windows to Mac recently.   However the only thing available for DC is a "Windows Download" (I need it for a Mac).  Do I have to pay again?
