You are posting from TurboTax Deluxe online and if you added a state, that's additional. So you can go here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ and see price for Deluxe and right below that price click State additional to see cost of state. And if you opted to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, there is an additional cost for that. 

You can check your fees for a breakdown to see everything you are paying for by using these steps: 

• Log in and click Tax Home and then scroll down to Your tax returns and documents
• And click Add a State to get back inside return (not really adding one)
• Then click Tax Tools to the left and Tools
• A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen with four blue boxes. 
• Select the My Fees box on the right. It'll show breakdown of charges there
