Which product would be best for us to use?

My husband and I are filing jointly and are 51/49 partners in an LLC. The business taxes have already been filed and just need to do our personal returns.

So you each have a k-1 from the business?  I assume it's a partnership?

Have you bought the program yet?  It shows the Home & Business program on your question.  You can use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs, All the Desktop programs have the same forms.  You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.  See them here,

We have not purchased yet. I believe we used Home and Business last year.

Unless you have another self-employed business, aside from the partnership, you wouldn't need home and Business.  Deluxe or Premier would do best in the Desktop/CD version.  Premier would do  online, but I'd recommend the desktop/CD.
