I'm not sure where to enter my TSA account information.

You don't need to report anything from this retirement account statement on your tax return.

It is just a statement from the custodian/financial institution letting you know how much is in the account and what changes may have occurred in 2016 (investment growth, contributions you made or withdrawals you made).

When you start receiving payments, they will send you a Form 1099-R; that form must be reported on your tax return.

Do you mean Thrift Savings Plan information? What type of information or form are your trying to enter?

I'm not sure where to enter my TSA account information.

It's an account with Great American Insurance Annuities--it's just a statement, not a numbered form.

Is it a statement of your account balance in a retirement account?
