I have a 1099-R form from Wealthfront that will not automatically upload to my filing. Could I manually input this info? Any ideas?

Yes.  Entering the 1099-R information manually works fine - it's just like entering the W-2 information manually.

My remaining issue is that I do not see a place or opportunity where I can manually input this info. The 1099-R page for me only starts with the auto-import feature. Can you point me in the right direction?
