Why is there a difference in the amount of my refund at checkout?

Turbo tax is showing a refund amount different from what it should be.

Did you perhaps choose the Pay With Your Refund option as far as your preparation fees are concerned? if so, this service has a corresponding fee.

No, I did not choose that option. Turbo Tax listed my refund as one amount through the entire process, and then showed me a lesser amount at checkout. No explanation. I will not use them again.
