I purchased Premier from Amazon and the product key they provided is called invalid by your sign in process.  How do I fix it?

have used turbotax cd's for years and need to know how to access the online version.

I have my license number for my 2019 Turbo Tax Business, but it is only 14 digits, not 16. Why will it not accept the the license number that came on my purchase documents?

TurboTax does not support tax year 2019 so the license number is no longer valid.
