How do I get started with TurboTax Online that I purchased from a retailer?

If you bought TurboTax Online from an authorized retailer, you'll receive a 16-character activation code on your receipt or email confirmation.
Your activation code is unique to you and the product you purchased. Only one TurboTax Online code can be used per Intuit Account.
If an activation code has already been used on your account and you try to enter a new one, you will receive an error message.
How to activate your product
Go to TurboTax.com/activate.
Select I have an account or Create an account based on your situation.
We'll help you sign into or create your Intuit account.
Back on the Welcome to TurboTax--let's get started screen, enter you activation code under 2. Activate your purchase.
Select Continue.
Select Finish activation.
Select Start my taxes.
