Why is my code not working and how do I fix it?

I bought and fully paid for Intuit turbotax Premier but it does not like the license code that came in the box.  This is a desktop version, and NOT online

Where did you purchase the software?

Where did you buy it?  If you bought it at Costco or Sam's....

If you bought it in the store after you pay, you have to go to the customer service pickup window and get the actual package with the License Code.

If you bought it at Big Home Tax that is a SCAM.

@Dezzibc10 Where did you purchased the TurboTax software?  That code you posted is not a valid license code.  The license code is 16-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
