If you have already Efiled and want to print copies for your records, click this link for a workaround.
If you are printing your returns to File by Mail, you should try to find and fix any errors.
If you are satisfied that the errors are resolved, you can ignore the message and Continue.
Your response tells me that if I think my return is correct, then I can just ignore the message about possible errors. This type of response places the burden on me when I've gone through the filling and TurboTax has indicated that my return is correct. Therefore, I don't know what could be incorrect. If I've gone through the process, and the software tells me that my return is correct, then the notification about errors before printing should not happen.
If there are errors on your return, we will not see them. You will have to go through your return and fix any errors. You will not be able to file with errors. If you need assistance locating any errors you can contact an agent or opt-in for Turbo Tax Live.

TurboTax is trying to warn you : you are not done until there are no errors.
OR
you decide to go ahead and file on paper anyway.
I have the same problem as the original poster, and I do not understand this answer.
Specifically, you are stating that, "If there are errors on your return, we will not see them. You will have to go through your return and fix any errors." Well, if you can't see the errors, then how/why does the TT software tell us errors exist when attempting a simple "print file" command? More to the point, how can "Smart Check" miss errors that the "print" button catches? Does Smart Check do anything? Isn't there a string of code or a log file somewhere that we (or you, really) could review to get even a general reference to what error callout is finding?
This response is not a solution. If TurboTax's new approach is to dodge responsibility for its software and instead simply upsell customers on its "new" tax preparer services for additional fees, then why should any of us buy the product or take time to prepare/file using its software? I promise I don't mean to be a jerk here, but it is extremely frustrating to learn this at the very --VERY!-- end of my work on what was once a well-tested platform only to hear you have CPAs we can use. I have a CPA I've used for years prior to this filing, so why waste my time to prepare/file only to learn you know some CPAs as well? Can you offer something more here?
There may be forms that are required for your tax return that aren't available yet. If that is the case, the program will not let you e-file. You can check the status of form availability in the below TurboTax FAQs:
I 100% agree with Sailbound88. Here it is on April 13, 2022, just a couple of days to the tax deadline and I am pretty sure all the tax forms have been finalized by the IRS for us to complete. I have completed my taxes in Turbo Tax and both Federal and State's Reviews showed "No Errors". But when I attempt to print a copy for my records, I get the message "There are Errors in your Return. Continue?" This makes me feel uneasy. WHY am I getting this message at this stage and not in the Federal or State Review section?? Can anyone in the Turbo Tax world answer this?? Is this a valid error, is this a glitch in the Turbo Tax system or is this an marketing up-sale ploy?? TIA
Please contact support, they will be able to work with you by viewing your return to pinpoint the errors.

There are lots of people encountering this error in all variations of the Turbo Tax software. AFAIK, if there are indeed no errors the issue is resolved by restarting the software. And if there are errors then one might find them by re-running the federal and state reviews after restarting the software. However, it seems that they might still be missed until one tries to electronically file the return, at which point Turbo Tax will point out any errors before submitting the return electronically.
It is clearly a defect in the software but most people haven't a clue about it because the behavior is inconsistent. Hopefully, it is fixed in the latest versions.

I'm here to concur with Beachtiger who was in complete agreement with Sailbound88. The non-answers provided by TTax are beyond annoying. I just experienced precisely the problem herein under discussion. In proceeding to print a trust return said by TTax to be error free, 1041, I'm told there are errors in the return.
How does this problem still exist?
Getting same message in TurboTax Premier 2022 when selecting to save as PDF - "There are errors in your return. Continue?" No errors reported in federal or state review. What is the solution?
We need additional details to be able to assist you further. Do you get any other errors with this message? What version of TurboTax are you using? Please provide any information here in the thread and we can assist from there.
