Why did Turbo Tax tell me to print out a payment coupon when I asked for withdraw from my bank account?

You will want to verify that you entered direct debit information (bank account and payment date).

You can find your direct debit information on the Federal Information Worksheet.  To get there, do this:

Log in and from the left navigation bar go to Taxes Home then Tax tools>Print center>Print, save or preview this year's return>2018 Federal return and Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional)>View or print forms.
Look for the Federal Information Worksheet. It is in Part V.
