Why can't I put my1099 interest in myself. I keep getting a screen get ready tobe impressed and I can't go any further?

Why can't I put my1099 interest in myself. I keep getting a screen get ready tobe impressed and I can't go any further?

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you.  Please log completely out of TurboTax.  Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.  After this, close completely out of the browser.  Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.

1)  You should see a "Continue" button in the lower-Rt of the screen on the "   Impressed" page

2)  Then the next page you ignore entering your bank name/url in the upper box, and go down to the lower-Rt of the screen and click on "Change how I enter my form "

3)   Next page......again go directly down to the lower-Rt and click on "I'll type it in myself"
