Better go back and check any withholding in W2 box 2 and 1099 box 4. And Estimates you made. Maybe you typed a decimal point in the wrong place or left it out or typed an amount wrong.
Most likely you have a misplace decimal or extra zero (s) somewhere. You need to go back and look at the income amounts you entered and look at the amounts of tax withheld amounts you entered. The decimal and the comma are next to each other on the keyboard so it is easy to hit the wrong key. This is a user error and you will have to find it and fix it.
