Why am I not receiving what I should after all calculations to include offset and back I’m 4100 short!

It’s posted amount sent after back taxes- 6446.94 subtracted my fees and all offsets got 4983.95, but you are sending me 799.61

Please see this Help Article for possible reasons as to why your refund was less than expected. 

Did you elect to pay your fees with your refund? If yes, you will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Refund Tracker to check on your refund.

Turbo Tax does not decide how much money you get back.  It is based on the info you gave, and what you may or may not owe the IRS.  If you got a refund lower than expected, the IRS will send you a letter soon explaining why, or you can call them at 1-800-829-1040 (although it takes a while to get through).
