No. This will cause errors within the program. Two people should not be logged into the same account, at the same time, on two different computers.

While it is true that two people can't work on the same return at the same time, it is possible for one person to be entering deductions and charitable contributions into itsDeductable while another person is working inside TurboTax on the return. Then when the ItsDeductable person is done the other person can import the results.
Depending on the return, the ItsDeductable portion can be significant so this can be very helpful.
To add to the question, is it possible for the 2 people filing jointly enter information for the joint filing using 2 different accounts? In other words, we each had an account before getting married, so can those accounts be "linked" so that both can update info for the now joint filing?

Separate TurboTax online accounts cannot be combined or merged.
You can not transfer from or combine 2 returns or accounts. Just pick the return for the spouse that has the most complicated return to enter or has any depreciation or business or more investments. Or use the account for whoever you want to be listed first going forward (by the way you can not change the order of the names). Then add the other spouse's name, ssn and info to it.
You should usually file a Joint return which is only 1 return combined for the both of you. Make sure to stick with this one account for the future. Just ignore the other spouse's account.

Is it better to file Joint or Separately?
Compare Joint to Married Filing Separately
Can I work on the same tax return from two different WIN10 desktops? How do I share the data on each of them?
Depends. If you are using the Online browser Turbo Tax then yes. You can log into online from any computer. But if you are using the Desktop CD/Download program then no. Well you can but you would need to copy the .tax2020 data file back and forth to work on it and it would be easy to get mixed up which copy is the current one. Only one person or computer can work on it at a time.
Unfortunately, I am using a CD program. Can I save the .tax2020 data file on the cloud and access it from any of my computers?
That I don't know.
Thanks
