As long as the animals are for a business, which I take it they are, then you can deduct the animal feed and the veterinary bills. With Self-Employed it would be under the Business Tab and then Deductions and Credits. If there is not a specific area for animal related fees which would be based off what you answered in the Interview portion at the beginning of your return, then you can list them under Miscellaneous Deductions.
