Where in Turbotax do I enter an amount for Oregon OR-40-N line 33?

Just for curiosity, is this an error message? Normally an amount will be entered here based off of the information you recorded in your state interview and not on the form.

Not an error message -- but in the interview I didn't see a question that applies to that particular line. Is there part of the interview in particular that would populate that field on line 33?
