Where do I enter the Medicare and Social Security Deductions from Earnings?

When you enter your W-2 the amounts that were withheld from your paychecks for Social Security and Medicare are in boxes 4 and 6 of your W-2.   Enter every box from your W-2 when you prepare your federal return.

And you don't get to deduct them from your tax return.   You only get credit for the federal and state withholding in boxes 2 & 17.  So even if you enter the SS & Medicare or not it won't affect your return unless you had more than 1 employer and paid in too much SS.
