Where are you trying to enter it?  You should not post numbers or anything personal here in this public forum.  It is not safe and anyone could call you and say they are from Turbo Tax and try to scam you.

Only US phone numbers can be entered.  If your phone number is not a US phone number then you do not need to add it in the mailing address section of the program.  A phone number is not required to file a tax return.
