How do i remove a 1099-INT for $287.28 that does not belong?

it does not show up in the work sheet area but does show up in the completed 1040 form.

When you open your return interview and navigate back to the Interest Income section, does it show up in the Interest Income summary screen?   If so, there should be a delete button.    If not, we can tell you another way to delete it.

no it does not show up in the Interest Income Summary Screen. it only shows up on the completed 1040 form! the system kept telling me to fill in the interest income for an untitled 1099-INT but i do not have one in both my husband's and my names. i added the amount but it is wrong. the entire form needs to be removed please

OMG I thought someone would help me now! I am trying to file my taxes BUT there is an error that was generated  by the software. I need help to fix this now please

Did you see my answer below???  It tells you how to go to the section "Delete a Form" to remove the 1099-INT (Untitled) that you say you want to get rid of.

See my answer in this other thread on this issue.  If you can't delete it at the Interest Income Summary screen, it will tell you how to delete the form another way using the tool "Delete a Form".   In the answer the user there also had 2 other banks, so you can disregard that reference.
