@Tsedlock3 The filing deadline for 2019 was July 15, 2020. If you requested an extension by that date you have until October 15, 2020 to e-file your 2019 return. After October 15, e-filing will shut down and a 2019 return will have to be printed, signed and mailed.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
You can still purchase 2019 desktop software from TurboTax or from a variety of retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Staples, etc.

The extension dead line to have them in is November 14
what type of return are you trying to do? the federal 1040 is due 10/15/2020 and most states are due at the same time if extended. other calendar year federal returns were 9/15/2020
the online version is still available for 2019. only 1040s can be done online
if you prefer the CD to prepare your 1040 on desktop

if it's a corporation/ partnership/ trust or estate they can only be done on desktop
and you need the Turbotax Business CD - click on the corporate partnership labeled icon on the page above
@Tsedlock3 2019 is still the current year to file. Did you see the Desktop programs here? These are still for 2019

Due to many problems, I have not been able to file my taxes for 2019. I usually have a small refund, can I still file or will I still get my stimulus payment? I am 77 years old and have never ever had so many problems doing things. One reason for me not filing yet was computer problems. I have used Turbo tax the past few years but this time my computer freezes up and not continued to process anything.I had no money to fix that or get a new computer and have health problems that stop me from going to a tax office to get it done. I just don't know what to do.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
Any stimulus payment that you are eligible to receive will be able to be entered on your 2020 tax return filed in 2021.
I don't have a printer to print that form out and mail it. Would it be possible to have a form sent to me in the mail for me to fill out and mail back? I just do't know what to do. What will happen if I don't file ?
@lazysag No---TurboTax does not print stuff for you and/or send it to you.
I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER—WHAT CAN I DO?
We cannot solve your printer problem for you If you do not have a working printer, you can access your account from any computer that has internet access and print your return. So perhaps you need to see if a friend or relative can let you print from a computer with a printer. Or print it at a UPS place or Staples, etc.
What if I do not file my tax return?

If you do not have a printer you can complete the 2019 tax return using TurboTax. Save the tax return as a PDF. Copy the PDF to removable media, like a CD or USB drive and take it to a friend, relative or to a library that has a printer.
If you want to complete the federal tax return for tax year 2019 manually, you can get free federal forms, schedules and instructions from the IRS on this website - https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html
However, these forms also have to printed.
