When my return loaded, after selecting Transfer a Return, the Federal Tax Due window, says that I owe $1076. Why?

Your online account always shows the result of the tax return you prepared using the software.  TurboTax does not know if or when you actually paid your tax due.  It just shows that you owed when you did your return.  Your own bank/credit card records are your proof that you paid.
