For assistance with your Credit Karma account, you will need to reach out directly to Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
They basically can’t do anything. I spoke with an agent at CK and they basically said all my info matches and escalated it. They said they could delete my account and start a new one but it’s possible that an error may occur where I can’t even make a new account with my info. I figure at this point there is nothing to lose and I’ll file else where if that happens. The merge messed things up because prior years I got the advance no issues.
