When I download my returns, they are blank - state and federal -- no information in any field. What is going on?

I am trying to download from Turbotax -- not the IRS.

Some other folks have seen this strange behavior...they tried opening the PDF with a different PDF reader and the numbers filled in. Why??? No one knows (yet)
