When I click File, Import, Import from It's Deductible Online I get a blank window with a spinning wheel, that does nothing and then the only box to click is cancel.(Mac)

Using TT Deluxe for Mac 2017. I click on File, Import, Import from It's Deductible Online and a blank window opens with a spinning wheel. Only choice is cancel. How do I fix this?

Try restarting the Mac. It works fine for me.
