When does the 2024 version of TurboTax become available for downloading?

I ordered   Premier turbo tax for 2024 and have had computer problems and asked for a CD.

if you cannot forward a CD, please resend  download version to me at [email address removed].

i just returned home fromhospital but it has taking me hours to make contact with you.

All of that mentioned is true but I usually buy as soon as it becomes available for the biggest cost savings

I just bought TT 2024 Premier from Amazon and there is no download available.  I have searched to see when this will be available and got nowhere.  I can't figure out how to contact Amazon or TT to ask this question and there is no information out about it, other than mid-to late November.  Any better answer out there?  I know it takes time to prep the forms, but at this point you hope they have some basic ideas.  Anyone know?

I want to do a Roth conversion before the end of the year, and I don't want to get pushed up into the next IRMAA bracket. So, I need to be able to correctly estimate my taxes before the end of the year. Will Turbotax be ready to do that estimate before December 12th or 13th?

It doesn't make sense for the IRS to not release all the information on taxes until January 7th! It is illegal for the government to institute an retroactive tax. Therefore ALL the information on taxation for 2024 MUST be completed by Dec 31, 2023. So, why does it take so long for Turbotax to produce the rules for 2024? How can I know how to proceed with proper financial decisions if I don't know the tax information before the end of the previous year?
