TurboTax solicited me to add "file Hawaii State tax" took my credit card information (MONEY) and then never performed. Where I'm from they call that fraud!
Thanks for the update, I printed the forms and calculations look good to me. I'll give Turbo Tax till the end of the week. If no resolution, I will file by mail. Then will move on to H&R Block for next year's taxes.
@kenleiby same here.. hard to get a hold of anyone to try getting a refund.. I'm assuming we take a loss.
The N-11 form is still not working, still showing an error calculating the mortgage interest, not letting me efile. Can this be fixed soon?

I beat my head over my computer for a while on this one - I'm glad that I found this thread. I guess I'll just wait it out for a couple of months to see if they fix this, since turbotax already got my money. Probably will do H&R next year.
I've been a TurboTax customer since 1996 when they still sent out the software on 3-1/2" floppy disks.
This outrageously incompetent response to this problem going on for over 2 weeks ensures this is my last year as a TurboTax customer. In fact, I'm taking this broken software back to Costco for a refund and going to switch to H&R Block instead.
@Kealii last year for me as well. After I return my copy at Costco this week I’m buying another software to complete my taxes. I bet if this were happening to a state with a population the size of California it would have been fixed by now. Us Hawaii people are apparently small potatoes to turbo tax and are irrelevant to them.
I am also having this error message. I've been trying since January 29. Today is February 7. TurboTax, appreciate your expedited attention to resolve this matter. From the sounds of this thread, it looks like you have a pretty big clientele here. Pls help us. Thank you.

Having the same issue. I’d like to switch from TurboTax but I’ve been using them for 8 years and all my info is right there…hard to switch, and never had issues until this year. But reading this thread doesn’t give me comfort that they will be fixing this any time soon. Pretty lame. It does look like a software glitch as the numbers all look good on my hard copy. So easy to E-File, but used to have to mail it in back in the day, so I’ll just do that again this year and give Turdbo-tax one more year.
Feb 7th, this is still not fixed, and I am trying to submit an N-15 too, not and N-11
