What are the customer service hours? The message says 5AM - 9AM Pacific time yet when I call at 9PM Eastern time I'm told they are closed?

Today on Friday Oct 11, 2024 it says We're currently open Friday, from 5 AM to 5 PM PT, and Saturday–Tuesday, from 5 AM to 9 PM PT. And they might be closed Monday for the holiday.

it is now Friday 7:14pm Pacific so they are closed.
