What address do I use?

I receive SNAP/food share benefits at my residential address. however, my mailing address is different than my residential address. I don't want mail sent to my residential address. When I file my taxes, do I use my mailing address? Or the address I reside at? Also, does the IRS compare information with SNAP/food share?

Aid such as SNAP/food share is not reported on a tax return.  The IRS is not involved with those programs.

On your tax return you enter the address where you receive your mail so that the IRS can contact you if ever required.
