The integration between QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed only allows one import. The import will only work for the QBSE and TTSE accounts that share the same login credentials. The user will need to manually enter the Schedule C data associated to the QBSE account that has different login credentials into TurboTax Self-Employed. The user can get the Schedule C data from the Tax Summary report in QBSE. Simply sign into the QBSE account, go to Reports, then select 2017 for your Tax.

(Filing Jointly Question) When importing 1 spouse's quickbooks self employed data into turbo tax is that person automatically defaulted as the primary tax payer in turbotax, or can you import and have the option to elect the other spouse (that you are keying in data for) as the primary tax payer?

The taxpayer whose name is entered first in the My Info section of the TurboTax online program is the primary taxpayer or the Personal Info section when using the TurboTax desktop editions.
So if you can only get primary tax payer on QBSE, how do you recommend we proceed? My spouse is SE but i am the primary on TT. My name comes up on QBSE and i don't want things to be mixed up
Suggestions?
