Using TurboTax through special purchase offer through Chase

I have an Intuit account and have done my taxes for quite a few years using TurboTax.  This year, I went through Chase.com to get a special discount.   I logged into my account and it doesn't see my previous years data.  When I log out and log into intuit, it does see previous years data, but not the 2024 taxes that I started.

Make sure you are logged in using the same credentials as you used to prepare your return last year.  You can use this link to verify any accounts you may have under your information.
