I received a letter stating I had to update credit card information on file with turbotax. How do I do it???

Postal letter or email? How did you happen to get such a letter? Are you certain it is from TurboTax? One always has to watch out for scams these days.
Are you an Advantage member with an annual subscription for TurboTax product? And if so, is it asking you to update/verify the information in your Advantage account so that you can be billed in early November to get the 2019 product when it is released in November?
If that's your situation, then please see this FAQ on how to update/confirm an Advantage account:
I was trying to give you my updated credit card number but you must be some kind of college geek because instead of a simple form to get the new number or a simple explanation there is a basket full of questions and 'hoops' to go thru. To hell with you, I will buy another tax guide and let you figure some more complicated forms etc.
a long time customer sick and tired of your nonsense!
GOOD BYE!

It says turbotax on the letter but it must be from the red chinese Duh?
I'm probably to ignorant to tell if it's not from turbotax, maybe you can send one of your super intelligent folks out to my house and let me know if it's a real letter//
@p1pe01 You have posted to the user forum three times--but you began posting in an existing thread that is over a year old. It seems you are confused about any replies you think were for you. When you post a question here you wait for someone to respond to your question. This is not live chat. And we are not college geeks--we are volunteers who answer thousands of questions regarding income taxes and using TurboTax software. It seems like you want to know about updating a credit card--we do not know why since you did not explain. My best guess is that you want to update information for TurboTax Advantage, so here is how to do that:
