Did you get a W-2? Was there anything in box 2? Or box 17? Or did you get a 1099NEC?
What is in box 2?
I asked you about box 2 Box 2 shows the amount of federal tax withheld from your paychecks. What is in box 2 of your W-2?
What is your filing status? Do you have any dependents?
That is your problem ... box 2 should be at least $1900. Look at the actual 1040 to see how the return looks ...
Please follow the instructions below to preview your tax return before filing.
They only took out $70.30 for federal taxes? Better ask your employer why and fix it for the future. Check you paystubs and see if they are taking more out this year.
Yes---you need to have a discussion with the employer to see if that was correct. They barely withheld anything for federal tax. And sounds like nothing for state tax--unless you are in a state that does not have a state income tax.
Why did they not withhold tax? Did you not get pay stubs during the year? Did you not notice that no tax was being withheld? (I just had a similar discussion with a relative last night who just gets his checks direct deposited and did not notice all year that they were withholding only a little and got to break some bad news to him)...
You need to correct your W-4 with them to have more withheld.

And now ----sadly---you owe a lot ---you can apply for a payment plan:
