I am unable to import my 1099 tax forms from the Charles Schwab. I purchased the turbotax premiere but when i went to import from the financial institution -> select "Charles Schwab" and sign in -> the page says "Success we have your tax information." But i do not see it in my turbotax. please help.

I experienced bugs in this years (2022) Premier version of Turbo Tax to where the fix I found was to save your work, exit out of Turbo Tax and relaunch the program again, forcing the software to perform an update upon launching, that is if you selected Automatic Updates upon application launch. I have notices several updates as I have worked through my taxes this year. One example of an issue I experienced was where the program appeared stuck in a loop. It would ask a series of questions, I would answer it and click "Continue" on each screen, and at the end it would loop back to the place I started, as if I never answered the series of questions to begin with. The process stated above was the workaround that fixed my issue. Good luck and if the advice above does not work, contact Turbo Tax Support.
