I have already cleared and started over multiple times and the TurboTax software will not allow me to remove live at all. What else can I do to clear this?

This did not resolve the issue. There is no option to remove live when reviewing and starting over hasn't helped the last three times I've done it.

So I called the support line and it's just an automated message and AI that searches whatever you say and sends you a link to their community posts. This is a really strange method of helping when the software is just refusing to do what it is apparently supposed to do. Is there a way to get an actual person to help troubleshoot this issue?
