I started filling up my taxes and completed them on the app because it was advertising that I could file for $0 dollars plus add on's. I filed and it was actually free, but my return was rejected due to an AGI issue. Anyways, when I went to the App to fix it it didn't allow me to do it on the app only online. When I went online it was charging me the $100 DLLs. I called support after refiling and rep was attentive and said that if it was rejected again to call back so they could look into the billing issue. It was rejected again now I call support and a male employee right away tells me "that is not free you're going to have to pay" right after explaining the iss

What was your reject for? Did you have to include a form that no longer made your return free?
I just corrected the AGI for my wife no new forms.
