Turbotax disc successfully put in Dell laptop computer- no recognition - why, what do I need to do?

Do other CDs load or play?  If you have WIndows 10 and the CD won't load see

I put the new turbotax 2021 in my dell windows 10 computer --- no recognition and won't play.    I tested another CD and it worked fine so the drive is ok..   Just won't accept the turbotax disk.   Why?    How do I fix it?

Use the download method instead of the CD.  It has more advantages over CD.  Then you can also download it another computer.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
