TurboTax Desktop to Online

Hello! I have purchased the desktop version but am not able download due to operating system limitations. Could you please help me convert to the online version?

If your computer does not meet the system requirements to use the desktop download software, you need to seek a refund for the download software.  You cannot pay for online TurboTax with the license key.  You will need to pay the current online fees in order to use online TurboTax.
