Turbotax Deluxe says I get one-on-one help with my taxes. How do I use this feature? I tried to call but no one could help me.

I was told i would get 8000 and only got 1200 so I also payed for the insurance and  Deluxe and everything that I could do to make sure I got that money back so I need help fixing it

 I completed my fed & state 2022 return, paid to e-file   turbo tax said ready to file, but said it needed an answer to an uncompleted 1099R. An accidentisl "add" was entered.  They wasn't another 1099R .  I'm ready to e file, but turbo tax can't until this blank entry is filled in.  How can this be deleted

To delete a duplicate form in TurboTax Online, you can use Delete Forms

1. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
2. Select Tools
3. Select Delete a form
4. Scroll to the Form 1099-R that is unneeded and click Delete on the right
5. Then scroll to the bottom and select Continue with my return
