TurboTax Deluxe includes the 1040 form with itemized deductions (Schedules 1–6, Schedule A and Schedule C income), along with everything in Free Edition and PLUS.

You can downgrade to a different version, but each version of TurboTax is designed to handle different tax situations and their associated forms. You’re welcome to downgrade, but you’ll miss some features and you’ll be prompted to upgrade when those features are needed. Do you want to downgrade to Free or leave Turbo Tax?  If you haven't filed you can just leave and abandon it.  Or you can try to clear it https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
