Turbotax Deluxe (CD Version) won't autoload W2's or upload pdf image. Continued problems when looking for updates. Says I'm not connected to the internet or Turbocloud won't connect. Can I delete / remove and reinstall using my original CD with activation code?

Before you spend time with that much aggravation---why not just key in the W-2's and be done? You can go to Federal>Wages & Income and just key them in by hand within minutes.

ALSO...if using a Windows computer...make sure you don't have any partially installed windows updates waiting...those can block certain TTX operations....including TTX updates.
I know I had to finish installing one Windows update this week.
I could just type in 1, but I have multiple W2's and I want what I paid for!
If the software is not operating as it should, what happens when I get to the end and have problems transmitting efiles?
I have manually checked for updates and it says it is uptodate.
Earlier, when there were updates, it took several attempts.
